Shipping Policy
This policy explains how orders from Spare Outlet (operated by Emergate Inc.) are processed and delivered. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take longer than orders to the contiguous United States, and large or freight items to these states may require an additional shipping charge. If so, we will contact you before your order ships.
Most orders ship by UPS or by truck freight, which cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please enter a physical street address. If you need delivery to a P.O. box, a military address, or a location outside the United States, contact us before you order and we will confirm whether your item can be shipped there.
2. Processing
Your order ships directly from one of our distribution partner’s U.S. warehouses. After your payment is confirmed, we place your order with the warehouse. Orders that reach the warehouse before its daily carrier cutoff time are usually picked and shipped the same business day; orders that arrive after the cutoff ship on a following business day. Cutoff times vary by warehouse location.
If an item is backordered or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you by email to offer a new ship date, a replacement, or a full refund. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping options and charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. For U.S. addresses, checkout currently offers:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99
- Expedited Shipping: $29.99
- Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders. When your order qualifies, the free option appears automatically at checkout.
Expedited Shipping is only available for items that can ship by air. Items that ship by truck freight cannot be expedited; if you choose Expedited Shipping for one of these items, we will contact you about your options.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are non-binding. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs checks, or incorrect address entries provided by the buyer.
5. Large and oversized items
Some large items, such as bumpers, running boards, tonneau covers and truck caps, ship by truck freight (LTL) instead of a parcel carrier. Freight shipments usually take longer than parcel shipments, and the freight carrier may contact you to schedule delivery. Please inspect freight deliveries for damage before signing for them, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
6. Multiple packages
Orders with several items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.
7. Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
8. Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged in transit or contains a defective part, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
9. Order tracking
You can track your shipment with the tracking number in your shipping email or on our Orders Tracking page.
